Massage Therapy

Ashley Humphrey graduated Medical Training College as a licensed massage
therapist in 2015. She is trained in therapeutic and relaxation massage,
including focused work, sinus and migraine relief, prenatal, trigger point
therapy, and hot stone massage. Her area of concentration is in focus work
to decrease pain and increase mobility to help with the daily routine of
life.
